“We rise by lifting others” - Robert Ingersoll
‘It takes a village to bring up a child’ is not just a mere saying of the early days. Its relevance is as important, if not more in today's modern society of isolation, mad rat race of life, barriers and lifestyle.
Most of us think that we are alone in our fights, trauma, hurt, pain and anguish. We think that no one will actually care. Did you know that there are millions out there who believe the same and suffer alone? We at MHAI, strive to break this false belief.
Reaching out and taking support is not a weakness!
MHAI support group is all about Share, Listen, Observe, Learn and Support. It's a safe place with no judgements, no labels, no prejudices, no should's and have-to’s. We are all in this journey together. It certainly takes a village to make a person thrive!
We conduct Bi-monthly meets (online and In person).
Second Saturday of every month – Meet at MHAI Open Hall (10.30 AM to 12 PM).
Fourth Monday of every month – Online Meet (Time: 6 PM to 7PM)
