7. We respect participant’s privacy and the privacy of those accessing our website. We undertake to protect the confidentiality of our participant’s and users including all personal information supplied in the course of taking admission. We undertake not to sell your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Data Protection

Mental Health Academy India – MHAI will be entitled to use the information given during the online registration process for the purpose of registration of the applicant as also for statistical purposes.

Security:

Mental Health Academy India - MHAI shall not be liable for any failure by the User to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained during the Online Payment process, or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the Online Payment process.

Governing law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the competent courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising in relation to the terms and conditions will be submitted to a sole arbitrator appointed by Mental Health Academy India - MHAI under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and rules framed there under. The venue of Arbitration shall be at Bangalore.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You will need to inform minimum 2 weeks in advance to reschedule or cancel in order to give seat to another applicant. You may reply to the confirmation email with subject stating change my date of course or cancel my course.

In case of Cancellation of the course 2 weeks prior to the course date, 80% of your course fee will be reimbursed to you.

In case of Cancellation within 2 weeks of the course date, 30% of the course fee will be reimbursed to you.

Allow 10 working days to complete the transfer.

In case of re-scheduling no additional charges are applicable (within 3 months from date of rescheduling request).

Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@mhai.in and are only valid once receipt has been confirmed.

Note: Mental Health Academy India - MHAI may also make additions/deletions/alteration to the services offered, at its sole discretion. Mental Health Academy India - MHAI reserves the right to withdraw the service at any time at its discretion. Mental Health Academy India - MHAI retains the right to change the terms and conditions for Online Fees Payments, without any prior notice. This document is regularly reviewed.
